SEEDS AND MARKETS PROJECT PHASE III (SAMP 3) is a project funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC): it’s overall objective is to improve Food and Nutrition Security for Smallholder Farmers under outcome areas of: Institutional Strengthening, Community Seed Production, Distribution and Service Provision/Inputs and Community Commodity Production. In line with Mandate for Project Implementation #I81037007, SAMP’s objectives and outcomes will be achieved by providing outcome focused grant funding and or comprehensive technical support opportunities in the form of basic and necessary equipment to enable effective and strengthened service provision to partner organizations involved in seed and market-based activities. Palladium as the managing contractor, now invites eligible and interested organizations to submit quotations for the supply of the identified Laboratory equipment.
